Join us for another Sound Bath with Cheram! We will be hosting our second sound bath event outside in the courtyard of Makai Fitness at 380 Junipero Ave. Immediately following, you are welcome to hang around and play corn hole, or go on and enjoy 4th Friday on Retro Row!

About the event

A sound bath uses frequencies and vibrations from various instruments to help create a more relaxed state. Cheram is an expert healer, who brings communities together through sound and meditation, continuously sharing peace and calm.

You can use the sound bath to rest, manifest and everything in between.

Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else to get comfortable. Please note that this event will be outside, so please plan accorlingly.
