EDEN PAUL

The loves of my life are my family and fitness. I feel that the body that you leave better than you find it is the perfectly imperfect example of balance. My teaching focus is on progress over perfection. This brings self-care and mindset together.  

I have worked with people of all ages and stages, pre-natal, post-natal, healthy, healing, athletes, and the always evolving. With a whole life dedicated to fitness just ask me about the stories!

RYAN SWEENEY

My purpose is to radiate love and kindness through the sharing and teaching of mindfulness and mindful movement practices. My background is in child development, so my focus tends to revolve around a growth mindset, encouraging a life of endless learning and growing.

CHELSEA CHOW

My passions are traveling, health and all forms of exercise. I believe that traveling, eating nutritious foods and moving your body will you keep you young at any age. I have worked many years behind the scenes in the fitness industry and seeing what it has become, I have decided to be the change I want to see. My goal as a teacher is to help provide a safe place to practice mind-body connection, all while strengthening and lengthening your muscles.

ELLIE YDERSTAD

I first discovered Pilates back in 2016 when I was 210 pounds, depressed, and rehabbing a broken leg. The practice helped me strengthen physically, mentally & emotionally. In 2020 I was diagnosed with breast cancer & went through chemo, radiation, hormone therapy, & 3 surgeries. My love of Pilates helped me make it through such a chaotic & tough time in my life. My favorite thing about Pilates is that it’s always accessible - no matter what phase of life my body & mind are in, I can always come back to it.

 

When I'm not teaching Pilates you can find me snuggling my dog, teaching hot yoga, paddle boarding, bike riding, & enjoying nature!
