We are a fully equipped studio and offer a variety of group fitness classes. All group classes are 50 minutes.
Reformer Pilates Classes
STUDIO 200: Reformer Essentials or experience in another Reformer class is required before attending other classes. Our reformer studio is fully equipped with Merrithew Reformers V2MAX, Chairs, Barrels, & Cadiallacs.
Reformer Essentials
Learn your customized reformer setting, equipment, movements, and the basic principles of pilates!
Reformer Barre
Intervals of two blended movement forms to pulse and lengthen your muscles and body.
Reformer Mix
A mix equipment format where all levels are welcome and progressions are taught.
Reformer Mix Stretch & Mobility
A gentle equipment and non-equipment class designed to stretch muscles and support recovery.
Reformer Sculpt
A class that fuses utempo work used with intervals of strength movements (hand weights, HIIT, etc.)

An offering that opens a space for newly certified teachers to practice teaching.
Mat Pilates | Yoga Classes
STUDIO 202: Reformer Essentials or experience in another Reformer class is required before attending other classes.
Yoga - Slow Flow
Slow moving poses and meditative guidance for release and introspection.
Yoga - Vinyasa Mix
A mix of vinyasa poses where all levels are welcome and modifications are given.
Yoga - Vinyasa & Yin
Vinyasa poses done with variety and movement that is more active followed by YIN for release and relaxation.
Yoga - Yoga Sculpt
Using the work of Yoga with props, weights and pace to give a workout and mobility challenge.
Yoga - Yin Nidra Yoga
A guided meditation technique practiced by lying down in Shavasana, or "corpse pose".
Matwork Mix - Mat Pilates +
A mixture of Mat Pilates, props and instructor choice (weights, bands, balls, BOSU) to help work and release the body.
Matwork Mix - Pilates & Props
A workout designed to engage the entire core (abdominals, shoulders, hips) while focusing on using props and modifications.
Yogilates - Yoga & Pilates
Work will include stabilizing and strengthening Pilates exercises while using the practice of Yoga with mind and body awareness
