About the course
A sound bath uses frequencies and vibrations from various instruments to help create a more relaxed state. Cheram is an expert healer, who brings communities together through sound and meditation, continuously sharing peace and calm.
You can use the sound bath to rest, manifest and everything in between.
Please bring your own mat. Blanket, pillow, and blocks will be available in the studio.
Location of event will be inside in Studio 202. Don't forget there is parking in both the small lot and big lot behind the curch in Carrol Park.
