ALL LEVELS Welcome. Mat Pilates done to music and with props to help work and release the body through a fusion of Pilates and workout movements. You will feel all areas of your body in this well rounded workout. May be a mixture of Mat Pilates, props and instructor choice (weights, bands, balls, BOSU).
