Equipment Classes

Reformer Essentials 

The class that brings all of the Pilates 101 questions and answers together.  Learn your customized setting, equipment, movements, the basics of the Pilates principles.  Part of the “Newbie Package” and always good as a workout focused on the foundation of the STOTT PILATES method.

 

 

Recommended for all, required for Newbies. 

50 minutes, Pilates socks required

Reformer Mix 

Equipment format including any of the following equipment - Reformer, V2Max, Chair, Wall Unit, TRX, Corefit, BOSU, Arc Barrel, dumbbells  and reformer prop accessories including Cardio Tramp, Jumpboard, and triangle.   

 

All levels and modifications encouraged, progressions taught to deliver different levels of participation.

50 minutes, Pilates socks required

Reformer Sculpt

This class fuses uptempo work used with intervals of strength movements (hand weights, think high intensity interval training).  All equipment options are available and will be determined by the instructor and focus of the format. 

 

All levels included and progressions taught to deliver different levels of participation.

Reformer Cardio Mix

Reformer class and all use of equipment with an emphasis on Jumpboard and Cardio Tramp intervals to keep the heart rate moving and the body constantly pushing.  

 

All levels and modifications encouraged, progressions taught to deliver different levels of participation.

Reformer Flow

A combination of  Yoga with reformer Pilates. We incorporate the two modalities together to use breath to movement along with stability and biomechanic to give you the best of both.  

Props, equipment and modifications to make things easier and more intense. 

All levels and modifications encouraged.

Private Training

This is where we customize your workout to incorporate your personal goals. During one-on-one training, we are able to modify for intensity or ease, and we are able to provide greater support based on postural alignment. Unlike a class where our attention is shared, we are focused on you and your personalized progress.

Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Mix

Vinyasa Mix is our outdoor courtyard fusion of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with minor infusions of Matwork Pilates.  All Levels Welcome. OUTDOOR in protected courtyard on the first floor of The Collective.  Protected space and connected to nature. Bring your own mat please.  We will have rentals upstairs.  We can't wait to see you flow with nature.

 

Bring your own mat (or borrow one for a small fee).
