Reformer Essentials
The class that brings all of the Pilates 101 questions and answers together. Learn your customized setting, equipment, movements, the basics of the Pilates principles. Part of the “Newbie Package” and always good as a workout focused on the foundation of the STOTT PILATES method.
Recommended for all, required for Newbies.

Reformer Sculpt
This class fuses uptempo work used with intervals of strength movements (hand weights, think high intensity interval training). All equipment options are available and will be determined by the instructor and focus of the format.
All levels included and progressions taught to deliver different levels of participation.

Reformer Barre
The best of BARRE and Reformer together. Intervals of the two blended movement forms to pulse and lengthen your muscles and body.​

Equipment format including any of the following equipment - Reformer, V2Max, Chair, Wall Unit, TRX, Corefit, BOSU, Arc Barrel, dumbbells and reformer prop accessories including Cardio Tramp, Jumpboard, and triangle.

Reformer Mix - Stretch & Mobility
A gentle equipment and non-equipment based class designed to stretch muscles, strengthen core and move our shoulder and hip joints to support longevity. The perfect class for all levels - be prepared to move at a slower pace and honor the recovery and deep stabilizers of the body.​

Private Pilates Training
This is where we customize your workout to incorporate your personal goals. During one-on-one training, we are able to modify for intensity or ease, and we are able to provide greater support based on postural alignment. Unlike a class where our attention is shared, we are focused on you and your personalized progress.

YOGA-Slow Flow
Slow Flow is the perfect release and introspection. Come be guided to your benefit of balance and release in slow moving poses and meditative guidance.

YOGA-Yin Nidra Yoga
Yoga Nidra, also know as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation technique that induces a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking.
​Practiced by lying down in the yoga posture know as Shavasana, or "corpse pose", and using mental imagery to achieve a deep state of relaxation.

YOGA-Yoga Sculpt
Using the work of Yoga with props, weights and pace to give a workout and mobility challenge. Prepare to be warm, sweat and have a great time. Music will push your pace and engagement while making it fun.

MATWORK MIX-Pilates & Props
Props and modifications are the focus of using this Mat Pilates format. Using classic movements and making them work with what your body is capable of to create a workout designed to engage the entire core (abdominals, shoulders, hips). Similar to Mat Pilates + while giving our bodies permission to modify and gain mobility and strength to make other formats that are vigorous challenging in the best ways possible for YOUR body.

MATWORK MIX-Mat Pilates +
Mat Pilates done to music and with props to help work and release the body through a fusion of Pilates and workout movements. You will feel all areas of your body in this well rounded workout.

YOGILATES-Yoga & Pilates
Yogilates combines Yoga and Mat Pilates into a flow that uses the principles of Pilates with the mindfulness of Yoga. Work will include stabilizing and strengthening Pilates exercises while using the practice of Yoga with mind and body awareness creating an experience that uses the benefits of both disciplines for a complete experience.
