Like the waves, we are always flowing. We intend our studio to be one of peace, strength, and continuous evolution for our individual practice and our community. With open intention of sharing the journey of self and life through mindful movement.
We offer Pilates, Yoga, mixed movement formats, and Health Coaching for an adaptive complete picture of wellness. Our schedule includes a range of offerings, some specific in their format and also blends to bring the best of all Pilates, Yoga, and fitness have to offer.
WHAT WE DO:
Using the base from Joseph Pilates, we use the principles of Pilates to focus on stability, mobility, and strength for not only your core muscles but all of the joints in your body. Formats vary depending on description and instructor. We encourage a well rounded approach to our body with mindfulness of the people in our classes and the needs of each individual. Small class formats allow us all to work together creating self-care.
WHY WE DO IT:
The body is a temple that works with the mind. We want our mental and physical health to be part of a continuous routine that evolves and changes for the individual work and the community collective. Our intention is to create a ripple effect by supporting health and teaching mindful mind-body practices.
WHAT WE USE:
Stott Pilates equipment is our primary equipment made by Merrithew. Built using only premium materials and the finest manufacturing process in the industry, the equipment is versatile and durable. We also use additional small equipment to compliment variety in movement and challenge.
