Using the work of Yoga with props, weights and pace to give a workout and mobility challenge. All levels welcome. Modify where needed to have your best workout. Bring your own mat please. We will have mat rental or yoga towel rental $5.00. ** UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP - Mats provided, must have own yoga towel to cover.
