Service Description
Vinyasa Mix is our outdoor courtyard fusion of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with minor infusions of Matwork Pilates. All Levels Welcome. We are excited to see you flow. Bring your own mat please. We will have mat rental or yoga towel rental $5.00. ** UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP - Mats provided, must have own yoga towel to cover.

To cancel or reschedule without penalty ($15.00), please removed yourself with 12 hours notice. We appreciate you understanding the policy and if you need a courtesy cancellation due to emergency, reach out! We want everyone to have a chance to attend classes. We got this!
