Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative yoga style that focuses on passive stretching and holding poses for longer periods of time. Bring your own mat please. We will have mat rental or yoga towel rental $5.00. ** UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP - Mats provided, must have own yoga towel to cover.
